Stitches

Moses came hopping in from outside with wet shoes this afternoon. Slipping and falling directly on his chin led to a visit to prompt care and three stitches. Thankfully, Aaron was here and took him. Aaron said he was screaming, "No, Daddy! Stop it!" over & over at the top of his lungs as Aaron tried to hold him down. If you look closely at his face, you can see where Moses broke little blood vessels with all the screaming. As they were pulling out of the parking lot, Moses told Aaron, "Doctors help me. They fixed my chin. Hooray!"

I convinced him to change his bloody clothes only after suggesting he put on a Toy Story shirt. Also, we had to change his band aid as soon as he got home from a boring band aid to- you guessed it- a Toy Story band aid. He is now resting peacefully and recovering while watching Toy Story 3.

Christmas 2011

Here are some pictures from Christmas. Moses received a load of Toy Story items and not one was a duplicate :-) We had many family gatherings to attend, which is always fun.

Moses was so excited to get Mr. Potato Head from Great-Grandma & Great-Grandpa.

A few of the Meiss cousins: Eliza, Moses, Kianna, Micah, Ezra, & Nigel

Sleeping bags from Grandma.

Ezra loved the tissue paper!

Captain America & Green Lantern ready to save the world.

Dinner at the Dohner Christmas.

The Dohner men: Ezra, Aaron, Russell, Moses, & Mark. I believe we were just missing one, Aaron's Uncle David.
