Baby Chicks

My cousins just received some new baby chicks, so Moses, Micah, and Eliza went out to see them. Apparently, Micah is the only one who enjoyed the little animals.

Grandma Meiss said this was as close as Moses would get to the chicks (shown here with my cousin Kianna). He also had a traumatic experience with a cat (it was walking towards him and he started to scream). Micah thinks Moses acts that way because he is allergic, just like his mother.

Here are a couple of pictures of me at 30 weeks pregnant. Only 10 more weeks to go! Things continue to go well for all of us.

Spring Tease

This past Sunday & Monday Moses enjoyed being able to play outside with two new toys. The weather was beautiful for a couple of days before getting cold on us again. We maybe should have waited to get out the outdoor toys because now that is all Moses wants to do. Today with the temperature at 37 with wind chill of 26, Moses was begging to play outside. We went out for as long as I could handle it. . . all of about ten minutes :-)

The jeep was given to us by very kind friends. Their kids are done with it. We didn't even need to buy a new battery! Moses is a bit too short for it. He can push on the gas in jerky motions, but can't ride it smoothly yet. It's pretty funny--and scary!

The new tricycle was a Christmas gift from Grandma & Grandpa Meiss. Moses doesn't understand the concept of pedaling yet, so it is a lot of pushing for Aaron & me.

Weekend Away

Moses had the opportunity to stay overnight at Grandpa Dohner's a couple of weekends ago. He had a busy day with Grandma, visited the bank, and ended up at Grandpa's house. Here are a few pictures at Grandpa Dohner's:
